If you would like to add your baby or child’s details please complete the form. Our only criteria is that is you live, or have lived, in Jersey.

There is no right or wrong, only what is right for you. If your loss was early, or before pregnancy, you may not have named your baby – not everyone does. You might choose Baby Smith or just an initial. You might want to keep their name private or for a long ago loss you might not remember the date. You can have a year not a date or no date at all. It’s your choice.
