Pregnancy After Loss Support Group

Support, understanding and connection

Our Pregnancy After Loss support meetings are for people with a prior loss, who are currently pregnant. Partners are very welcome.

We know that this can be a time of mixed emotions, a time filled with joy and hope, but also fear and grief. It can be a worrying time, even when all is going well.

But we also know just how much can be gained from connecting with others who truly understand.

Our Pregnancy After Loss support group offers a safe space to talk about your hopes and fears navigating another pregnancy, find understanding, coping strategies and connection.

Our monthly meetings are hosted by May Bourne and Rachna Stear.

May has been a qualified midwife for ten years with a varied career working in birth centres, on labour ward and within the community setting. She currently teaches antenatal and Hypnobirthing courses privately and loves building positive, empowering relationships with women and their families. She has supported many women through pregnancy loss and their subsequent pregnancies, which can be a hugely anxious and overwhelming time.

Rachna has been a charity trustee for 8 years and is also a Health Coach and EFT practitioner. She knows first-hand the unique mix of hope, fear and grief that comes with pregnancy after a loss so she is passionate about creating a safe and supportive space so others don’t have to go through this alone.

Held in town on a Monday evening from 7pm – 9pm, if you’d like to join us please sign up and we will confirm the details.
